1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tarotlit mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms are a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and Spatom ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Tarotlit is a mobile application that provides:

• Tarot card database - Complete meanings for all 78 tarot cards
• Daily readings - Personal daily card draws and interpretations
• Tarot spreads - Multiple spread layouts for different questions
• Personal journal - Save and track your readings over time
• Educational content - Learn tarot symbolism and meanings

3. User Responsibilities

As a User of our App, you agree to:

• Use the App responsibly - For personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Respect intellectual property - Do not copy or redistribute content
• Provide accurate information - When using features that require input
• Report issues - Help us improve by reporting bugs or problems
• Follow community guidelines - Be respectful in any interactive features

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Spatom and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Tarot card imagery and traditional meanings are in the public domain, but our specific interpretations, layouts, and application design are proprietary to Spatom.

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions, Premium, and Billing

The App offers optional Premium subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase (collectively "Premium") to unlock additional features. These purchases are processed through RevenueCat and the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).

Subscription Tiers and Pricing

• Weekly — approximately $1.99 USD per week, auto-renewing
• Monthly — approximately $6.99 USD per month, auto-renewing. Includes a free trial for eligible users (trial length may vary by promotion and region)
• Annual — approximately $39.99 USD per year, auto-renewing. Includes a free trial for eligible users (trial length may vary by promotion and region)
• Lifetime — approximately $79.99 USD one-time purchase, no expiry

Actual prices may vary by region, currency, and app store. All purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store.

Free Tier

You may use a limited set of features without purchasing Premium. The free tier never expires and does not require a credit card.

Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing frequency (weekly, monthly, or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period or trial. You will be charged through your app store account (Google Play or Apple App Store) within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, your account will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before then.

Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase or from the end of any free trial. Because the Premium content is supplied in full immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that the performance of the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and that your right of withdrawal is lost once access is granted. If you believe you are entitled to a refund notwithstanding the above, contact us at support@spatom.com or your app store directly.

For Apple purchases, you may request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, you may request a refund through the Google Play Order History page or by contacting Google Play Support.

For users outside the EU/EEA/UK, refunds are handled according to the policies of Google Play or Apple App Store. Please contact the respective platform for refund requests.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings:

• Google Play — Open the Google Play Store app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Apple App Store — Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions

If you cancel, you will continue to have Premium access until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your Premium purchase by tapping "Restore Purchases" in the App's Profile / Settings screen. On iOS, you can also restore purchases through your Apple ID account settings. On Android, restoration requires that you are signed in to the same Google Play account used for the original purchase.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period after we notify you in advance.

7. Disclaimers

Please read these disclaimers carefully before using the App:

• Entertainment purposes - This App is intended for entertainment and educational purposes only
• No professional advice - Tarot readings are not substitutes for professional advice
• No guarantees - We make no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of readings
• Personal responsibility - Users are responsible for their own interpretations and decisions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spatom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Subject to the preceding paragraph and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be limited to the total amount you paid to us for the App during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or, if no amount was paid, to the maximum extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, your mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence are not affected by the choice of law above. Any disputes may be brought before the competent courts of your place of residence.

For all other users, any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.

12. Age and Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age, or the minimum age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us at support@spatom.com.
