You are in control of your personal information

No Online Account Required

Tarotlit does not create an online account on our servers. All your tarot readings, journal entries, notes, and personal data are stored locally on your device only. Because there is no cloud-based app account, there is no server-side profile for us to delete.

How to Delete Your Local Data

Removing the App or clearing its storage will permanently erase all locally stored data, including your journal, saved readings, history, and settings.

1. Android — Clear App Data Go to Settings → Apps → Tarotlit → Storage → Clear Data (or Clear Storage). This removes all tarot data while keeping the app installed.
2. Android — Uninstall the App Long-press the app icon and select Uninstall. On most devices this automatically deletes all associated app data.
3. iOS — Delete the App Long-press the app icon, choose Remove App → Delete App. This removes the app and all its local data from your device.

How to Remove Cloud Backups

If you have used the optional backup feature, a copy of your data may exist in your personal cloud storage. Follow the steps below to remove it.

Google Drive Backup (Android)

Revoke App Access Visit Google Account → Security → Third-party apps, find Tarotlit, and click Remove access. This stops the app from creating future backups.
Delete Hidden App Data Because Tarotlit uses a hidden app-data folder, backup files are not visible in your normal Drive file list. Open Google Drive (drive.google.com), click the Settings gear → Manage apps. Find Tarotlit, click Options, then select Delete hidden app data to remove your backup.

iCloud Backup (iOS)

Disable or Delete iCloud Backup Go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage, locate the app data for Tarotlit, and delete it. You can also disable iCloud backup for the app in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud.

How to Opt Out of Analytics

The app uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics (screen views, feature usage) in order to improve the app. This data is not linked to your personal identity.

Limiting Analytics Firebase Analytics data is anonymous and not linked to your identity. Device-level ad and analytics settings do not fully disable Firebase Analytics collection. The only way to completely stop analytics collection is to uninstall the app. If you wish to request deletion of analytics data associated with your device, email us at support@spatom.com.

Subscription Data

Subscription and purchase records are managed by the app stores (Google Play / Apple App Store) and by RevenueCat for purchase validation. We do not store your payment information. To cancel a subscription, follow the steps in our Terms of Service.

Data We Retain After Deletion

Because Tarotlit does not use accounts, uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes all personal data from your device. However, the following anonymized or store-managed data may be retained:

  • Anonymous analytics data (Firebase Analytics) retained for product improvement.
  • Purchase validation records (RevenueCat / Google Play / App Store) retained for tax, fraud prevention, and subscription management as required by law.
